Frequently asked questions

Does your help really cost nothing?
Yes. We're compensated by insurance carriers when you enroll, and your premium is exactly the same whether you use an agent or enroll directly. You get an advocate at no cost.
I'm still working at 65. Do I have to enroll?
Maybe not. If you have creditable coverage through a large employer, you can often delay Part B without penalty. The rules hinge on employer size and how your coverage coordinates with Medicare — call us before your birthday and we'll walk through it.
Can I change plans if I'm unhappy?
Usually yes, during the Annual Enrollment Period (Oct 15 – Dec 7) or the Advantage Open Enrollment window (Jan 1 – Mar 31). Certain life events open Special Enrollment Periods at any time of year.
What should I bring to a plan review?
Three things: your list of doctors, your medications with dosages, and your red-white-and-blue Medicare card if you have it. We handle the rest.
Do you only help during enrollment season?
No — we're here year-round for billing questions, claim issues, replacement cards, and "is this letter important?" phone calls.
